 Simple Set Up

No set-up fees - start using the platform as soon as we have approved your company.

A test environment is available for you to try the platform before you commit without any financial commitment. Full support provided at all times from our team of dedicated screening experts.

 Screening Options

Either manage your own applicants through the platform, or allow our administrators to manage your applicants on your behalf.

If you would prefer to manage your own screening process, but the thought of using a new system is daunting, then allow us to manage your applicants for a short time. You will still have full access (read-only) to your applicants to see the process and how the system works. Once you're comfortable and confident with how it all works, then simply switch over to start managing your own screening.

 Start Screening

A screening package will be required for each applicant. This will include all the checks you need to carry out on the applicant.

Simply add the applicant name, contact details and the checks required, click submit and the system will email the applicant asking them to register and login. The system will then calculate what information is needed from the applicant by the checks you have selected.

To save time/mistakes in the future, you can create and save templates for each screening package.

You will be alerted once the applicant has provided all of the information required, at which point you can start the checks with a click of a button. Once all of the checks have been completed, a Final Report will be generated for you to download and save for our records.

Any outstanding information, such as an applicant taking too long to register or provide their details will show up in an overdue section for you to monitor.
